Jerald Alan Belofsky
Jerald A. Belofsky has worked in law and finance for over thirty years. Mr. Belofsky has deep experience in all aspects of lending, venture capital, banking, capital markets, and financial services, and joined Fredrick Schulman & Associates to add the dimension of borrower's rights to his activities. Mr. Belofsky has a law degree from George Washington University Law School, and a graduate degree in finance from New York University. He is a member of the New Jersey and Florida Bars, and has taught communications, finance, and investor relations at Fairleigh Dickinson, Rutgers, and Columbia Universities. Mr. Belofsky has been the Chief Executive Officer of Oppenheimer of North America, the head of the North American merchant banking activities of MeesPierson (bought by ABN-AMRO Bank), and the head of the project finance activities of Bear Stearns.
